Entre Homard & Cote is new in the restaurant scene of Geneva. Its concept is similar to Burger & Lobster in London or Les Pinces in Paris but here you can have it all: lobster, lobster roll, burger or steak. The surf & turf menu will make you want it all.
This restaurant used to be a former creperie which has been transformed into a new food venue. The decor of the former restaurant has remained. In fact, you can recognize the huge lamp component made of dozens of light bulbs which is hanging over the bar, as well as the imposing wooden door at the back of the restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely and chilled to have a cosy meal with friends.
The menu of Entre Homard & Cote is simple and reflects the restaurant’s surf & turf concept. You can choose to have a burger, a steak, an entire lobster or a lobster roll, all at reasonable prices. The wine list is also amazing. When I visited with friends for dinner, we all had a mouthwatering lobster as main dish. As soon as the dish arrived, we started eating it with our eyes by only looking at the dish. The lobster was cooked to perfection. It came together with home made baked potatoes, a yummy salad and a tasty sauce. Everything was simply delicious.
In addition, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The service was excellent and way above average for Geneva’s standards. Finally, the extra thing of this restaurant is the hidden large secret room at the back of the restaurant, that you can book entirely in case you are planning to throw a private dinner party.
I would highly recommend Entre Homard & Cote and would definitely go back. The “wow” factor was definitely present in everything that this restaurant has to offer.
