Paris is indisputably a heaven on earth for all foodies out there. From croissant to foie-gras, to bread and cheese or from Michelin star restaurants to tiny surprising cafes, the options are endless. So here is a list of the top 10 best places I do love visiting when in Paris. Far from being Michelin starred options, these restaurants and cafes are favourite spots of mine and many locals.
Angelina is a heaven for chocolate lovers. It used to be Madame Coco Chanel’s favourite tea salon for hot chocolate. While the recipe of this delicious drink remains secret, Angelina is a very renowned temple in Paris for sweet delicacies.
Café de Flore is a very touristy spot in Paris but it is far from being a tourist trap. It is the place where Hemmingway & Co. used to go to write their novels. Today, it is an iconic cafe where you can find a mix of locals, tourists and celebrities who want to do some people watching and to be seen in Paris!
It is fair to say that Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Its stunning monuments, history and gastronomy make it a must visit place in your lifetime. If you know nothing about Paris and have little time in town, you gotta do the touristy stuff obviously. To the contrary, you would try to behave as local as possible if you know it very well. Whenever I visit, I love to do a mix of both, so here is my top 10 list of things I love doing when in Paris.
Amateurs of plant filled decors, exotic ambiance and trendy night outs have a new home in the French capital named Alcazar. If you did not know about it, you should immediately read what follows as you are about to discover some kind of yummy jungle in the city.

Montmartre is my favorite area in Paris and I trust I found the best place to go to for a meal. La Mascotte is an amazing, traditional and upscale restaurant that offers outstanding bistro cuisine and seafood specialties. The name of the restaurant has been well chosen as it could represent the mascot of authentic Parisian bistros.
La Cevicheria is a trendy, cosy and quirky ceviche bar. You can find it in two locations at the heart of Paris in the 2nd and 10th neighborhoods. It is the ultimate place to go to for fresh and original ceviches but also for some yummy typical Latino desserts.
Are you ready to fly from Paris to New York with no way back? If yes, Paris New York is your travel journey. Book your night, be ready to get on-board, sit down, relax and enjoy your food travel experience.
I do not know where to start when thinking about Jacques Genin. This place is simply fantastic. For me, it is the best tea room offering the best pastries in the world. So before I even start telling about it, make sure that you already plan to visit next time you are in Paris 🙂
